Starting on Friday, August 30th and running through September 1st there is a lineup of local artists performing that will make your Labor Day Weekend memorable. On Sunday evening, September 1st, the finale will explode with a beautiful fireworks display.

Don’t stop marking your calendar though, because Dread Clampitt will be performing on Sept 4th to start off a new series of Wednesday night concerts that will run through October. Concerts are free and always open to the public at Baytowne Wharf. Bring your blankets and lawn chairs and settle in for some fantastic music (leave your coolers at home please, they are prohibited).

Winner of the 2012 Florida GRAMMY showcase, singer songwriter Alvarado brings innovation and imagination to his music. Alvaradeo was also claimed the 2011 Best Singer/Songwriter on the Emerald Coast, at the 3rd annual Beachcomber Music Awards.

7:30- 10:00 Three Bean Soup

Three Beans Soup is a father and daughter duo with guitar and violin. Traveling the Gulf Coast, they are a cover band with an extensive variety. Their influences include-well, everything: 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, right up to current mainstream.  When they throw it all into the pot they cook up great entertainment! “Our goal is to put smiles on people’s faces, and get them to have as much fun as we do” –Three Bean Soup

Sunday, Sept. 1

5:00-7:30  Clay Evans and Dave Posey

Singer/Songwriter from Nashville, Clay Evan’s teamed up with Dave Posey, percussionist from the Local Band Heritage, will be performing. Tune-up your ear for “original music with soul and backbone.”

7:30- 10:00 Mick Wheeler

Enjoy Mick Wheeler and expect fireworks. Oh…and real fireworks after Mick at 9:15 PM

Wednesday, September 4

7-9PM Dread Clampitt

It seems that Dread Clampitt is a local legend wrapped up with local myth. One thing is for sure; Dread Clampitt draws all kinds of people to their music and gets everyone dancing…
